Cancellation Policy:

All Session fees are due prior to the scheduled appointment and are non-refundable.


Appointments that are canceled 48 hours or more prior to the appointment time may be rescheduled to a future date at no additional cost. Only one re-schedule will be allowed per client without charge. Appointments cancelled within 48 – 24 hours will be subject to a $50 transfer fee when rescheduled to a future date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 100% of session fee. Cancellation fee for no-shows is 100% of fees paid.


In cases of early termination of multiple session packages, refunds are computed at regular individual session rates of $150 per session. Other charges may also be applied based on previous cancellations or session delays, material costs and proprietary information received, not limited to despacho or other ceremonies, manuals and recordings.


Consultations are by appointment only, and are not intended for crisis management, to diagnosis or treat medical or psychological conditions; to provide medical advice, or serve as a substitute for medical or professional care.  Psychological issues and medical conditions should be addressed directly by, and under the care of, your personal physician.
